The Department of Spanish at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for three visiting full-time faculty appointments for the 2021-2022 academic year to begin in August 2021. We are seeking generalists in Hispanic literatures (Peninsular or Latin American) with teaching experience at all levels.
Visiting full-time faculty teach 3 courses each semester and are eligible for travel support and reimbursement of relocation costs within the College's published policies.
Requisitos
We are seeking generalists in Hispanic literatures (Peninsular or Latin American) with teaching experience at all levels.
Teaching responsibilities will include Elementary and Intermediate Spanish classes. Candidates must have excellent skills in Spanish and English as well as experience teaching language courses at the college level. Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate teaching as informed by current practice and scholarship in the field. Ph.D. complete or near completion.
Previous experience teaching, mentoring or advising diverse students populations is an asset.
