Te Kura o Te Koutu in Rotorua is in need of a full-time permanent teacher ready for term 2. The teacher will be teaching Spanish from year 9 to 13 including NCEA level 1, 2 and 3. The Programs and planning are already done entirely based on the NZ spanish curriculum.

Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Koutu is a co-educational Māori immersion school. Students learn Spanish from Year 1 to Year 13. The classes are usually no bigger than 15 students. The current number of students for NCEA are no bigger than 5 per level.

There are already two Spanish teachers working at Te Koutu with primary and intermediate students.
