Resident Spanish Assistant

Condiciones económicas:

£10,104 plus competitive remuneration package including free accommodation, utilities, meals and gym membership.

Fecha límite:

Bryanston currently has an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Assistant to join this successful department, initially for one year.

This role would ideally suit a graduate interested in exploring the teaching profession and gaining experience in the large and thriving MFL Department of a busy co-ed boarding school.  There is a vibrant community of staff living on site, many of whom also undertake residential boarding house duties with accommodation provided.

Full induction and support will be available, and although this is an appointment for one academic year in the first instance, there may be an opportunity for the right candidate to have their employment extended as part of our in-post iPGCE teacher training programme, in due course.

Bryanston offers a competitive package in a fantastic working environment.

  • Graduate.
  • Some experience of working with young people.
  • Ideally proficiency or interest in one or more of the following sports: Netball, Athletics, Tennis, Rowing, Lacrosse, Hockey and/or Cricket.
  • Strong ability to inspire.
  • Good organisational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Suitable to work with children.

Cómo solicitar

The closing date for applications is Sunday 24th February 2019 and Skype interviews are likely to be held soon after. All applicants are asked to submit an online application form via the Bryanston website together with a letter of application and the names and addresses of two referees who may be contacted prior to interview.

This is designed to provide comparable information on all candidates, and may be accompanied by a letter of application. Attention will need to be given by the candidates as to the way in which they expect to transfer their experience to date to this post in a school environment.

Those invited for interview will be contacted. If no invitation is received, it can be deduced that an application has not been successful. Such candidates are thanked for their interest and, it is hoped, will understand that sensible economy argues against further correspondence.
