Lecturers who only offer French or Spanish are encouraged to apply as there may be the opportunity for a job share.
The post is to cover maternity leave and the successful applicant will likely be teaching A Level French Year 1 and 2 (Eduqas), IB French, A1 Spanish (Eduqas) and IB Spanish ab initio (beginners). A willingness to support students and act as a Personal Tutor is also essential. The successful applicant will join a vibrant, friendly and very successful English and Languages department.
The successful applicant will be required to provide high quality teaching on education programmes and contribute to providing an outstanding learning experience for our students. A commitment to curriculum development and a flexible approach to teaching and learning are required. They will also need to work with confidence with a wide variety of ability levels and project enthusiasm for all aspects of the subject.
