Descripción 

The Associate in Arts Program (AAP) in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Delaware invites applications for a continuing-track (CT) faculty position in Spanish language instruction to begin Fall 2020 at the rank of assistant professor. As a CT faculty member, the successful candidate will hold a multi-year, renewable appointment with full benefits and have opportunities to pursue promotion and take sabbatical leaves.

Requisitos 

The successful candidate will have a native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish. Candidates should demonstrate teaching excellence among a diverse set of students in active learning environments, as well as the ability to leverage technology to support student learning, and collaborate with teams of instructors to improve teaching. The successful candidate will teach Spanish language and cultural courses at the undergraduate level on our Wilmington Campus, especially beginning and intermediate Spanish (105, 106 and 107). Candidates must have completed their PhD in  Heritage Language Pedagogy by the time of appointment.
